Case File Review
The Wilberforce Center provides independent, professional Asylum Case File Reviews for individuals who have already filed—or begun preparing—an asylum application and seek a careful, expert assessment of their existing case file.
These reviews are particularly appropriate where the asylum filing was prepared in skeleton form, by a non-specialist, or without full consideration of the heightened scrutiny in today’s immigration environment.
Our review process evaluates legal sufficiency, pretermission risk, credibility issues, and evidentiary gaps, allowing potential weaknesses to be identified and addressed before they lead to denial or long-term immigration consequences.
